FAQs + Policies

How does it work?
Once you have your party, theme and date, head over to our BOOK A PARTY tab and fill out our booking form. We will contact you within

1-2 business days to discuss your requested event date and theme availability. We will then send over an invoice via email for your $100 non-refundable deposit. That deposit reserves your date/theme. Your party date is not secure until a deposit has been made. Once the deposit is paid, be mindful that your remaining party balance must be paid in full no less than 7 days prior to your party date. If it is not paid by this time, your party may be subject to cancellation without a refund.

What are the recommended ages?

Our Sleepovers are recommended for ages 3-16 years old.

 

How much Space Do I Need?
Each mattress is twin size and measures 35'' wide and 75'' long. Please keep in mind you will need space for guests to walk around! It is the client's responsibility to ensure adequate space is available for us to set up. If you have any questions about your space, send us a picture and measurements prior to booking.

When do you set up/pick up & how long does it take?
Set-up can take 1 to 2 hours depending on the size and add ons for your event. We will be sure to leave plenty of time before your guests arrive. Set up is anytime between 10am-1:00pm. Take down takes around 30 minutes. Please be sure that personal belongings and trash are removed from the tent area before we arrive for pick-up, we will take care of the rest. Pick up the next day will be discussed during the set up but is also between 10am-1:00pm.

PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT DATE
Please clear the room you want your Glampsite in prior to our arrival. Our team is not responsible to help move furniture to clear the space for your event rental. We have a smaller mattress option available for those worried about space, at 62" (between a twin and crib size).
For best safety practices, we ask that you ensure direct supervision to any child under the age of 10 if they will be in the Glampsite space during set up. Based on many set ups, we find that the Glampsites are most fun when the final product is a surprise!

 

PETS: We adore our furry friends! We ask that you ensure they are not in the Glampsite space during set up or pick up, this is for their safety as we move things around, and for an efficient party set up. Please ensure that the party space is clear of pet hair prior to our arrival!

Do you travel?
Yes, we do! The first 25 miles from 48063 are free and there is a travel fee after that. Please contact us for pricing


What do we get to keep?
Our Sleepover Packages are all rentals. Only items that can be kept are optional add on services (ex. personalized sleep masks, personalized name plaques, balloon toppers) 


Are your items cleaned/sanitized?
Absolutely! All of our linens and decorative pillow covers are laundered in highly rated detergent brands free of perfumes and dyes to make sure none of our little Sleepy Heads have skin reactions. All of hard surfaces and accessories are cleaned with disinfectant wipes after each use to make sure everyone stays safe! 


What if I need to cancel my party?
Sleepy Head Glampers does not refund any cancelations. However, events can be rescheduled for emergencies. In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as you are able. We understand that life happens and are always happy to reschedule your party to another date based on our availability calendar at that time. If one of your party guests cancels within the 24 hours prior to your party set up, we do not offer refunds per guest teepees for our Glampsites. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
We love seeing that the GLampsite was fully enjoyed when we come to pick it up the next morning! As a small business, we take additional time and careful measures to guarantee the quality of our rental inventory to every client without having to raise our rental rate. We kindly request that you ask guests to refrain from jumping on the Glampsite beds. This "rule" is in place to minimize the risk for injury and leave little room for inventory damage to occur! We love clients who take our themes to the next level! Please ensure all nail polish, makeup, or other staining products are not handled by guests in the Glampsite space.

 

LIABILITY
Once our equipment is set up we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property. Please refer to our safety guidelines below to understand any risks associated with our party rentals and ensure that every glamper has a safe experience.
