By completing your deposit, you are securing your date and automatically acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of $100 is required to secure your parties & theme. All payments are accepted via cash, Venmo or PayPal. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied towards a future party. BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY DATE.
RESCHEDULEING: Reschedule dates are subject to date availability. Parties are allowed ONE reschedule. If rescheduled date is nullified, party will be treated as a cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations within 1 week of your scheduled party and/or final payment has been made are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a party due to inclement weather and/or any emergency.
TRAVEL FEE: Free delivery within 40 miles of Columbus, MI. A mileage fee will apply outside of 40 miles. (This fee covers both days of travel)
CLEAN GUARANTEE & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Sleepy Head Glampers guarantees that all equipment is without defects & sanitized prior to rental. However, the Client accepts all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by the equipment. As our client you are agreeing to release Sleepy Head Glampers of all liability in the event that an accident or injury happens during your rental time.
DELIVERY & SETUP: Sleepy Head staff members will deliver your slumber to the above location. The delivery will include full set up. Pick up will include full breakdown and removal of the rented supplies for no additional cost. Please be sure that all furniture is removed, and the space is cleared prior to delivery.
CLEANING & REPLACEMENT: The Client will be charged a cleaning or replacement fee if any of the equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty. Excessively dirty is defined as anything containing a stain or mark that requires stain removal treatment or deep cleaning/ dry cleaning. The Client will be charged the full cost of any item that is lost, damaged or not returned.
SMOKE FREE GUARANTEE: Sleepy Head Glampers requests that the venue you select for your party be SMOKE FREE. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if any rentals are exposed to smoke.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE: Rental charges must be paid in full to Sleepy Heads Glampers a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery. All deposits are non-refundable. Additions to your party can be made up until 3 days prior to your booking date (pending availability).
PREPARING YOUR SPACE: In order for our staff to deliver your party safely and in a timely manner, please be sure that any furniture that needs to be cleared from the space is moved in advance. If your space is not cleared, our staff will not be able to set up your party. Our Glampsites require 6.5’x3.5’ per tent. One child per tent set up.
